Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a student at Indiana University.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computer and standard office productivity equipment; ability to move objects up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Leads small group discussions and team-building activities.
• Works as an academic coach for 6 of the students enrolled in X156.
• Helps their students think about the upcoming week, plan academic responsibilities, identify areas to work, set weekly goals, offer accountability, and encourage their students as they strive for success.
