Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial management principles and ability to forecast future budget needs.
  • Ability to create annual budgets and prepare periodic reports.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
  • Independent initiative and ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and forecast revenue and expenses for the College; advise staff and faculty on fiscal matters.
  • Track and manage funds, prepare budget requests, and provide budget projections and recommendations.
  • Manage procurement and Controller’s Office processes for College funds, including contracts and accounts payable.
  • Oversee grants, awards, and gifts; coordinate with external and internal fund sources.
  • Develop and evaluate fiscal activities, policies, and procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
