Job summary

KIPP St. Louis is seeking a College & Career Readiness Teacher to join the High School team. Immediate opening, full-time, 10-month exempt role coordinating with the KIPP Forward team and families to prepare seniors for college, careers, and postsecondary pathways.

The teacher will deliver targeted ACT prep sessions, align curriculum to standards, and provide rigorous, data-driven instruction to support student success across the greater St. Louis area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related content area.
• Minimum of 2+ years of successful classroom teaching experience.
• Valid Missouri Teacher Certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver instruction aligned to grade-level standards and pacing.
• Internalize curriculum to ensure alignment with standards and outcomes.
• Design tasks that require analysis, justification, and application of learning.
• Collaborate with teachers, KIPP Forward staff, families, and partners.
