You will plan engaging lessons, monitor progress with data, collaborate with staff, and foster a culture of learning with high expectations and student growth. Starting salary is $50,500 with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of successful classroom teaching experience.
• Valid Missouri Teacher Certification.
• Commitment to improving outcomes for historically underserved students.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver instruction aligned to grade-level standards with rigor.
• Internalize curriculum to ensure pacing and high-quality outcomes.
