Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required).
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication; ability to tailor messages for varying levels of tech literacy.
• Excellent PC software skills: MS Office and Google Suite.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
• Able to work with limited supervision and adhere to district policies.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Fluent English communication and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Support plan software integration and data extraction for district staff.
• Lead training sessions for staff on college and career readiness software.
• Coordinate and promote professional development opportunities.
• Project manage system integration initiatives and data workflows.
• Provide Level I/II support for the district software and assist with vendor collaboration.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement improvements and fixes.
• Assist with state reporting support and knowledge base maintenance.
