Position involves coordinating workshops, meetings, and afterschool programs to help students in grades 6–12 plan for college and careers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; education degree preferred.
• Experience with college access/financial aid is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Reliable transportation to multiple sites in NE Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual advising services to middle and high school students.
• Coordinate classroom workshops, group sessions, and afterschool programming.
• Guide students through college planning, admissions, and financial aid processes.
• Assist with FAFSA/CSS Profile, scholarships, and award letters.
• Maintain accurate data in the student information system and ensure confidentiality.
• Support College Now events and department trainings.
