Job summary

College Now in Northeast Ohio seeks a Manager, Advising Programs and Services to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of college access programs at partner sites. You will bridge schools and College Now, support staff, and coordinate with stakeholders to advance program goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in education or nonprofit settings.
• Experience designing and evaluating programs.
• Strong collaboration with schools and community partners.
• Budget management and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of federal programs (TRiO/GEAR UP) is helpful.
