Job summary

GardaWorld – Security Services is hiring a Campus Security Officer for BLUE BELL, PA. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, patrols, and enforcing site rules. The position offers a full-time second shift (2:00PM-10:00PM) with 40 hours per week and daily pay options through DailyPay.

You will work at a client site, observe activity, report incidents, and maintain professional relations with our client while upholding GardaWorld standards of safety and security.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• 1 year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• State license if required and ability to read/write detailed reports.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
• Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols around the property.
• Deter unauthorized activity and trespassers on site.
• Supervise and manage employees at the assigned site.
• Maintain professional relationships with the client and staff.
• Observe, survey, and report activity at the location.
• Stand and walk for long periods; respond quickly to incidents.
• De-escalate verbal altercations and enforce procedures.

Security Officer – Now Hiring in BLUE BELL, PA. (Montgomery County - Northwest of Philadelphia)

Campus Security Guard - CPR Certificate required.

Compensation: $17.50 / hour Schedule - FULL TIME. Second Shift, 2:00PM-10:00PM Monday-Friday (40 Hours Per Week)

About the job:

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• Interior and exterior foot patrols around the property
• Deter vagrants from property
• Supervise & manage employees at your assigned job site.
• Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with our client, at the assigned site
• Exercise independent judgement and sound decision making in performing all duties.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Experience with Access Control
• Regulating traffic, enforcing traffic laws on property
• De-escalate verbal altercations
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have 1 years of Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is required
• You have a state license if required.
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
