Job summary

GardaWorld is hiring a Campus Security Officer in Pottstown, PA. This role requires an active driver's license and CPR certification, with weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.

Starting at $17.50 per hour, the position includes patrolling the campus, controlling access, and handling security incidents. You'll protect people and property, observe and report, and coordinate with clients to maintain safety.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to read and write detailed reports.
• 1 year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• State license if required.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior foot patrols around the property.
• Deter vagrants from property.
• Supervise and manage employees at the assigned site.
• Maintain a professional relationship with the client at the site.
• Exercise independent judgement and sound decision making.
• Observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity.
• Stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Experience with Access Control.
• Regulate traffic and enforce traffic laws on property.
• De-escalate verbal altercations and provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations and standards.

Security Officer – Now Hiring in POTTSTOWN, PA. (45 minutes - 1 Hour Drive from Philadelphia)

Campus Security Guard - ACTIVE Driver's License and CPR Certificate required.

Compensation: $17.50 / hour

Schedule 2 - Mornings, Part Time Saturday and Sunday 7AM-7PM (24 Hours Per Week)

Schedule 3 - Overnight, Part Time Saturday and Sunday 7PM-7AM (24 Hours Per Week)

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have 1 years of Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is required
• You have a state license if required.
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
