GardaWorld seeks a Security SOC Operator for PART TIME FLEX in Plano, TX. This role emphasizes CCTV surveillance, access control, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor security systems, investigate incidents, and report findings with accuracy. Open availability is required; DailyPay benefits are available. Prior Genetec/Lenel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior access control experience with security desk systems (Genetec/Lenel)
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Ability to investigate incidents using applicable devices
• Able to work in a controlled work space
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain a security license

Shift VARIES- MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY

$23.00 hourly

• Prior access control (Genetec security desk/cameras and alarm monitoring/lenel systems) experiences
• At least 2 years customer service experiences
• Proficient in computer skills/Google suite and Microsoft apps
• Ability to investigate incidents using applicable devices
• Working in a controlled work space.
• Self motivated to advance in the industry

Minimum an AA degree in criminal justice or associated field.

• Access control of employees and vendors
• While officers are tasked with providing a safe, secure working environment, they must perform these tasks in a highly professional and courteous manner.

• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• If you have Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license or ability to obtain one
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• Valid driver's license with good driving history
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Have reliable transportation
• Able to walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
