Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services in Plano, TX is hiring a Security Officer. Must have a driver license. Compensation starts at $17.05 per hour with shifts Tue-Wed 6:30am-2:30pm and Sat-Sun 6:00pm-6:00am. DailyPay option available.

You will perform patrols, respond to incidents, monitor property, and enforce procedures while delivering excellent customer service and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Conduct roving patrols of the facility perimeter.
• Act as point of contact for incidents and emergencies.
• Monitor property for rule infractions.
• Observe and report activity at assigned location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.

Compensation:$17.05
Shift: Tuesday - Wednesday: 630 am - 2:30pm and Saturday - Sunday 6:00pm-6:00am

About the job:

• Conduct roving patrols of the facility perimeter to detect unauthorized entry or other suspicious activity.
• Act as point of contact for incidents and emergencies
• Monitor property for rule infractions
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required.
• You are 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Have reliable transportation
• You have high customer service skills
