  • May answer calls, maintain records, operate office machines, sort mail, and issue keys.
  • Assist with communication among faculty, staff, RFCUNY personnel, and offices for grant processing.
  • Provide guidance and training on compliance, financial management, and reporting.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:* Under supervision, performs miscellaneous clerical, administrative, research, or other work related to the operation of a college or other unit where such work is required on a part-time basis or for a period of limited duration.* Performs routine clerical work; may answer and attend to telephone calls; maintain records; operate office machines (such as a copier); sort and distribute mail; issue keys and identity cards, act as a messenger, and perform related tasks as required.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ORSP administrative processes.* Facilitate communication among faculty, staff, Research Foundation personnel, and institutional offices to ensure timely processing of grant-related transactions.* Provide guidance and training to faculty and staff on compliance requirements, financial management practices, and reporting procedures.* Perform other related duties as assigned.
