Office of the New York City Comptroller seeks a College Aide in Procurement and Contracts to support contract life-cycle tasks under the Agency Chief Contracting Officer. The role focuses on monitoring, reporting, and vendor documentation across city systems.

These services include Human Resources, Procurement, Payment, Facilities Management, and Budget Management.
Under the supervision of the Agency Chief Contracting Officer, the College Aide - Procurement and Contracts will manage projects and tasks, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and that the specifications are current and appropriate.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: Matriculation at an accredited college. Employment is conditioned upon continuance as a student in college. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program for the Fall 2026 semester. This position is ideal for college students pursuing majors/minors in the fields of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Selected Candidate may work up to a maximum of 17.5 hours per week.

Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school. Employment is conditioned upon continuance as a student in a college or graduate school.

Maximum tenure for all Assignment Levels in the title of College Aide is 6 years. No student shall be employed more than half-time in any week in which classes in which the student is enrolled are in session. Students may be employed full-time during their vacation periods.

New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment.
