Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication and professional interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Field and Clinical Teaching program to meet objectives.
• Manage placements with school districts and campus partners; support workflows.
• Supervise day-to-day program activities and staff; assign tasks and train.
• Draft agendas, correspondence and supporting materials; maintain records.
• Oversee budgets, travel, procurement, and financial tracking.
• Plan events and manage rooms, calendars, and milestone communications.
• Develop and monitor program calendars, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
• Represent the department in official functions and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Ensure compliance and accurate reports; assist with admissions-related routing as needed.
