Improve Your Tomorrow is seeking a College Access Mentor Specialist to serve as the primary relationship-builder and culture anchor for students in grades 6–8. This full-time, on-site role delivers mentorship, identity-centered programming, and family engagement to sustain students through high school and into college.

As the site leader, you will own the culture, lead programming, and maintain consistent adult presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; passion for youth development.
• Demonstrated patience, warmth, and enthusiasm for working with youth.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Spanish bilingual preferred; ability to engage families.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 mentorship focusing on identity, belonging, and college readiness.
• Manage study hall and track attendance, GPA priorities, and follow-ups.
• Lead structured programming and family engagement activities.
• Document mentorship sessions and attendance in Salesforce within 24 hours.
• Coordinate 8th grade transition readiness and data handoff to HS advisors.
