An established industry player is seeking a dedicated College Access Coach to provide virtual support to high school seniors navigating the college application process. This part-time remote role involves building meaningful relationships with students through various communication methods, including text, phone, and video. Reporting to a Program Manager, a College Access Coach works remotely to provide virtual support by text, phone/video, and email to support a cohort of current high school seniors as they apply to college and make the important decision about where to attend school. Our near-peer College Access Coach builds relationships with their students and provides mentorship, encouragement, targeted resources, and help students stay on track with the many steps in the college application process. A College Access Coach should be comfortable creating meaningful relationships with high school students all via virtual means. Full training and supervision provided.

More about the Position and Location:
This is a part-time remote position that requires 6 to 7 hours per week. The schedule varies, but coaches are expected to commit to the position for a full school year from August 2025 through July 2026. Flexibility will be offered for school breaks/personal breaks as appropriate to meet program objectives and in consultation with your manager.
Students planning to study abroad for the school year will not be considered.
Compensation:
The hourly wage is at least $12.00/hour or your work location’s minimum wage - whichever is higher.
This position runs from 8/13/2025 - 7/6/2026.
