Gateway Classic Cars is seeking a Classic Car Consignment Specialist in Crete, IL. This full-time role focuses on building new business, developing relationships with vehicle owners, and guiding consignments through the process.

The position involves outreach by phone, text, and email, plus attending local car shows and events to raise awareness of consignment services. Success comes from consistent outreach, strong follow-through, and trust within the collector car community.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using a CRM and learning new software systems.
• Willingness to attend local automotive events and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Build New Business: make outbound calls, text, email to consignors, meet outreach goals.
• Build Customer Relationships: create rapport, explain services, foster renewals and referrals.
• Represent Gateway in the Community: attend car shows, network with shops and collectors, host events.
• Manage the Consignment Process: add vehicles, manage paperwork, keep CRM updated.
• Support the Showroom Team: assist events, welcome visitors, support showroom operations.
