Gateway Classic Cars is hiring a Classic Car Sales Representative in Olathe, KS. You will build relationships with buyers and sellers nationwide, guide the buying and selling process, and provide an exceptional showroom experience around collector vehicles.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, honesty, and top-tier customer service, with earnings driven by commission. A high school diploma and driving history are required, with CRM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience required.
• Automotive sales, commission sales, business development, or relationship-based sales experience preferred.
• Basic automotive knowledge required; willingness to learn is important.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience using a CRM system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with sales leads and build lasting customer relationships.
• Guide buyers through the purchasing process.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout every interaction.
• Help customers arrange financing and vehicle transportation when needed.
• Inspect incoming consignments and write detailed vehicle descriptions.
• Present vehicles professionally while explaining history and features.
• Track customer activity and opportunities using the CRM.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• Keep the showroom organized and presentation ready.
• Collaborate with the showroom team to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Support showroom events and assist other Gateway showrooms as needed.
