Gateway Classic Cars in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Classic Car Consignment Specialist who thrives on meeting people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities. You will guide vehicle owners through the consignment process, from the first conversation to showroom delivery, with a focus on trust and repeat business.

This commission-based role offers exposure to thousands of collector cars and active participation in local car clubs and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous sales, business development, account management, customer service, or community outreach experience preferred.
• Automotive, collector car, consignment, or relationship-based sales experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using a CRM and learning new software systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
• Willingness to attend local automotive events and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with potential consignors.
• Build relationships with vehicle owners from first conversation through the consignment process.
• Attend car shows, shop visits, and local automotive events to build the network.
• Manage new vehicles in inventory and keep CRM records up to date.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
• Support showroom team and events to drive sales and awareness.
