Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in a fast-paced call center or customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to stay composed during difficult calls.
• Results-driven with a sense of urgency.
• Basic financial understanding.
• Proficient with computers and learning new software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers about their consumer credit accounts to arrange payment solutions.

Essential Job Functions

• Contact customers regarding their consumer credit accounts to create payment solutions that are appropriate for their unique financial situations
• Take the lead on evaluating the customers account while expertly balancing the customers needs with Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
• Use critical thinking and problem solving skills to overcome obstacles to successfully solidify payment commitments
• Create superior customer experiences on every call by delivering the Fair Square Promise
• Effectively utilize multiple skip tracing tools and resources to locate the Right Party Contact Customer associated with the account
• Adhere to quality standards and ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations that govern third party collections ie FDCPA
