Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a Protection Collective Trainer to support our program at Fort Dodge, Iowa. This position is contingent upon contract award.

CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services for nearly 50 years, supporting defense and federal sectors with experienced teams, innovative tools, and proven processes.

Role Impact

• DTT SME in Protection
• Supports live and constructive Mission command training
• Maintains currency with doctrine published by TRADOC and ensures TUCs are provided the latest training OPORDs and Scenarios
• Provides modular training support to low density branches such as chemical, sustainment, aviation, engineers, fires, etc.
• Works with TUC to manipulate OPORD or scenario for realistic training events

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Previous senior Army leadership experience with training management and preferably CTC experience
• Experience as a Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer at Battalion level or higher
• Preferred: Battalion or higher commander or similar
• Specialized functional areas: 04/MAJ, E8/MSG, CW2/Warrant Officer with battalion level experience
• At least 6 years’ staff experience within the Warfighting Function or 8 years’ specialized MCTSP experience
• Recent experience with ARNG training support system or similar
• 2+ years working with Warfighting Functional Area Army MCIS

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
