Job summary

Westlake Financial Services in California seeks a Servicing Department Supervisor to assist the Management Team in overseeing the department, ensuring coverage for call volume, and reviewing reports for compliance.

You will train and coach staff, resolve escalated issues, supervise clerical staff, and participate in performance reviews. Flexible schedule incl. weekends; light travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisor or manager role with a team of 5+ direct reports.
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to interpret and explain policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee call coverage and scheduling to balance workload across the day.
• Coach and train Servicing staff to improve performance and customer outcomes.
• Review reports for compliance and escalate issues as needed.
• Direct staff, assign tasks, and manage workflow and attendance.
• Mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and maintain coaching logs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies.
