Westlake Financial seeks a Servicing Department Supervisor in Las Vegas to assist the Management Team in staffing, coaching, and overseeing servicing operations. The role focuses on ensuring call coverage, coaching staff, and resolving escalated issues while maintaining compliance with policies.

The position requires supervisory experience, strong organization, and the ability to work weekends and evenings. A High School Diploma is required, with a college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisor or manager role with 5+ direct reports.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to interpret policies and explain them to others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee call coverage and daily workflow.
• Review reports for compliance.
• Coach and train servicing staff.
• Investigate and resolve escalated issues.
• Lead and supervise clerical staff.
• Maintain attendance and coaching logs.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual staff reviews.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings.
• Light travel required.
