• Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and recording; answer phones and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare and execute documents such as notes, disclosures, rescissions and checklists.
• Issue the proceeds checks.
• Handle processing and administration of existing loans (consumer, commercial, mortgage).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
