You will handle phone inquiries, prepare documents, and route customers to the proper area while assisting with loan processing for consumer, commercial, and mortgage portfolios. This is an on-site role requiring basic clerical skills and high school education.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or better required.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform clerical tasks and maintain files with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork related to departmental activities and establish and maintain files and records, including those of a confidential nature.
• Operate a computerized word processing system to produce letters, reports, forms, and other printed documents.
• Perform various clerical duties, such as typing, filing and recording.
• Answer telephone responding to general inquiries; direct customers to the appropriate area.
• Prepare and execute documents such as notes, disclosures, rescissions and checklists.
• Issue the proceeds checks.
• Perform a variety of duties related to the processing and administration of existing loans in the following areas; consumer lending, commercial lending, and mortgage lending.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
