Primary Purpose:

Under the direction of the Manager of Mobile Operations, the Collections Supervisor provides leadership and oversight of mobile blood drive operations. This role ensures efficient, safe, and compliant collection activities while supervising staff and collaborating with recruitment and leadership teams to meet organizational goals.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Every weekend
  • Weekends as needed
  • Monday-Sunday
  • Hours may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is a must.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Promotes company values and organizational goals
  • Represents leadership and ensures productivity and quality standards
  • Monitors staff compliance with policies and regulations
  • Coordinates schedules and setup for efficient operations
  • Ensures safety of collection sites
  • Enforces adherence to SOPs
  • Communicates needs and ensures policy compliance
  • Assists with KPI tracking and reporting
  • Helps coordinate staff scheduling
  • Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff
  • Ensures professionalism and addresses staff concerns
  • Provides recommendations to leadership
  • Oversees quality control procedures
  • Assigns staff tasks, breaks, and workflow
  • Manages appointments, staffing, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborates with teams to meet collection goals
  • Maintains and supports staff technical skills
  • Supports marketing and recruitment efforts
  • Prepare staff performance evaluations
  • Promotes teamwork and supports colleagues
  • Encourages positive team culture and engagement
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Preferred Bachelor’s in Science in biological sciences or related field

Experience:

  • Three (3) years’ experience in health-related field.
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience
  • Preferred management experience of a health-related clinic/branch
  • Preferred Blood Banking Experience

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to effectively lead teams.
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point, internet).

Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000
