Job summary

Regional is seeking a Supervisor of Centralized Collections to lead the Centralized Collections Department and supervise a team. You will train staff, monitor metrics, and drive process improvements to support customers during financially challenging times.

The role requires leadership experience, 3+ years in collections, and strong communication. You will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure coverage and align with corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Leadership/Management
• 3+ years previous Collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must pass pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

• Train and develop staff members of the Centralized Collections team

• Recommend and implement process improvements when needed
• Work with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives
• Conduct account audits and communicate results to team members
• Facilitate escalation resolutions with Regional customers and team members
• Resolve employee issues where necessary
• Facilitate scheduling to ensure proper coverage
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

The Supervisor of Centralized Collections is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a collections team in the Centralized Collections Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Train and develop staff members of the Centralized Collections team
• Monitor departmental metrics to ensure performance standards are met
• Recommend and implement process improvements when needed
• Work with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives
• Conduct account audits and communicate results to team members

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience required in Leadership/Management role
• 3+ years previous Collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must pass pre-employment screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in consumer finance industry.
