Grow Therapy is seeking a motivated Medical Billing professional to own denial remediation and improve the Collections process. You will work directly with the Supervisor, Collections, and collaborate with four follow-up pods to optimize access to mental healthcare.

Responsibilities include researching denied claims, resubmitting corrected claims with CMS 1500 knowledge, and drafting appeals per medical policies. A startup background in mental health or billing is a plus.

Formación

• 3 years of Medical Billing experience.
• Startup experience, ideally in mental health or billing/collections.
• Proficient in multitasking across systems.

Responsabilidades

• Research and resolve denied claims via portal inquiries and outbound calls to insurance reps.
• Resubmit corrected claims using CMS 1500 knowledge and draft appeals per medical policies.
• Prioritize denials using internal models and flag root causes for upstream RCM improvements.
