Qualifications

• Experience in call center, customer service, AR, or financial services is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Hybrid work model with quarterly onsite at Wake Forest Road, Raleigh.

Responsibilities

• Contact Credit Union Members regarding loans in default via phone, email, and text message.
• Provide primary support for delinquency and loss management goals, including repossessions and escalated collections.
• Proactively contact members to discuss accounts and delinquency reasons.
• Develop repayment plans, loan modifications, or other solutions to bring accounts current.
• Provide information on financial education resources to help members avoid delinquencies.
• Document all interactions and actions in the core collections system.
• Maintain call volume and quality aligned with KPI goals.
• Collaborate with internal units for loss prevention.
• Review delinquency trends and recovery efforts with Loss Mitigation team.
• Stay updated on Default Management practices and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Credit Union policies.
