Responsibilities

• Manage regional/specialty premium finance portfolio and loan servicing

• Communicate with borrowers, carriers/agents, and internal teams
• Prepare daily reports and monitor portfolio performance
• Minimize aging and prevent cancellations through proactive outreach
• Handle miscellaneous tasks as required within the portfolio
