Formación

• 1+ year customer service experience required; must be able to work 10:00am–7:00pm.
• Prior call center or finance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college optional.
• Basic computer skills: Word/Excel and Internet.

• Answer incoming calls and web chats, assist customers with information or issue resolution.
• Research and analyze transactions and account issues.
• Enter or modify Check-By-Phone payments.
