Job summary

Bass & Associates, P.C. is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Collections to work with borrowers on repayment plans and resolve defaulted accounts in compliance with federal and state laws. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and adherence to quality standards for both inbound and outbound calls.

The CSR will update borrower information, perform skip trace as needed, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with attorneys. This full-time position is based at our Ft.

Qualifications

• HS/GED diploma required
• Minimum 1 year of collections or related experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet software

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with borrowers to arrange payment plans
• Update demographic and financial information on accounts
• Gather information to resolve outstanding balances professionally
• Communicate clearly with borrowers and attorneys
• Perform skip trace to locate borrowers as needed
• Maintain thorough records of actions on accounts
• Follow applicable laws, policies, and procedures
• Follow up to ensure payment arrangements are kept
