You will conduct skip tracing, document all activity, and collaborate with teammates to meet collection goals while delivering superior customer service and applying sound problem-solving skills in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn multiple software programs.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Experience in collections, customer service, call centers or skip tracing preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Saturday availability.

Responsibilities

• Contact consumers regarding past-due accounts and arrange payment solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining collection goals.
• Handle difficult conversations professionally and effectively de-escalate situations.
• Perform skip tracing activities to locate consumers using multiple databases and resources.
• Document all account activity accurately and thoroughly.
• Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail.
• Follow company policies and applicable collection regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department objectives.
