Job summary

eClinicalWorks, a leading healthcare IT company, seeks a Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable from customers and vendors, resolve disputes, and reduce outstanding balances. You will document activities and collaborate with teams to improve cash flow and customer relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 3+ years AR/billing experience, and familiarity with Sage MAS 500 and BillTrust Invoice Gateway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years AR/billing experience required.
• Sage MAS 500 experience required.
• Experience with BillTrust Invoice Gateway and Sage MAS 500 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing the collection efforts/calls for accounts receivable portfolio as part of a Team Collection Goal.
• Documenting daily collections activity allowing other team members to support collection efforts across all accounts.
• Researching & resolving account disputes and billing discrepancies, building long term business relationships.
• Performing account/payment reconciliations.
• Monitor account collection inquiries through Support Cases.
• Identify delinquent accounts, reducing active support and licensing creating and monitoring internal tasks.
• Discuss payment plan/arrangement.
• Educate customers on Invoice Portal for Self Service and Payment Options.
• Responding to credit inquiries from external clients.
• Perform other job duties as assigned
