We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Specialist to join our team. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for the resolution and management of outstanding invoices and delinquent accounts. This role involves direct interaction with clients to negotiate payment terms consistent with company practices and collaboration with various internal departments to reconcile accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve outstanding invoices and delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment terms with clients in accordance with company policies.
• Interact with sales support, customer service, and accounts receivable teams to reconcile accounts.
• Serve as the escalation point for customer payment disputes and make recommendations for write-offs, account adjustments, and reconciliation.
• Audit and analyze aging reports, track collection efforts, and initiate outside collection approaches for unresolved delinquent accounts.
• Perform routine tasks such as collection calls and support both credit and collections functions.
• Evaluate risk and establish customer credit limits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
