Collections Specialist – B2B (PeopleSoft Experience Required)

Location: Chicago - downtown by the Union station, On-Site

Employment Type: 2 months

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist with B2B collections experience and hands-on knowledge of PeopleSoft to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, who can manage a high volume of accounts receivable, and is comfortable following up with business clients to ensure timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of business accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Initiate and respond to customer communications regarding past due accounts.
• Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve billing or payment issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, billing, customer service) to resolve disputes.
• Track, document, and escalate unresolved issues in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in PeopleSoft.
