We are seeking an extremely organized and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and experience in AR/Collections in senior living.

Remote in the U.S. - prefer eastern or central time zones, $20-$24/hour

This position reports directly to the Controller.

Responsibilities: Work with Leadership and Accounting teams, outside vendors and representatives, government agencies, and residents and their families or representatives to oversee and collect accounts receivable.

Require Experience In The Following

• Senior living accounts receivable and collections
• Insurance billing, Medicare, Medicaid Waiver
• Communicating politely and professionally with residents, families, estates, legal and insurance representatives
• General accounting practices
• Yardi systems
  
  

Work Schedule: Your regular work schedule is anticipated to be Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, due to the nature of your role, the responsibilities it entails, and possible occasional travel requirements, there may be occasions when tasks or projects require work outside of these standard hours. In such instances, flexibility in your schedule will be necessary to ensure the successful completion of your duties.
