• Work cooperatively with regional personnel and other departments to achieve collection goals.
• Routine clerical functions associated with the position.
• Other duties deemed appropriate and assigned by management.

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial/industrial roofing/flooring industry, has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time, experienced Commercial Collections Specialist for its office in Canonsburg, PA.

This role is paying $44k - $45k plus annual bonus opportunity.

Job Summary:

• Perform collections of assigned accounts in a goal oriented environment
• Contact customers to discuss upcoming invoices due and expected pay dates, while also focusing efforts on overdue and uncollected monies owed
• Follow up with customers in a timely manner regarding all inquiries, short payments, and account reconciliation
• Verify all necessary documentation has been processed with customer invoices per their requirements (EX : AIA’s, Waivers, P.O.’s, work orders, etc.)
• Work cooperatively with regional personnel and other departments to achieve collection goals
• Routine clerical functions associated with the position
• Other duties deemed appropriate and assigned by management

Candidate Requirements:

• 1 + years of commercial collection experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers (Customer retention is a top priority)
• Experience with SAP accounts receivable desired along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
