What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Manage assigned customer accounts through phone calls and email communication, ensuring proper documentation
  2. Handle tax-related tasks, including sending forms, uploading documents, and assisting with form corrections
  3. Prepare and distribute monthly aging reports for all customers
  4. Investigate tax claims and conduct payment investigations for customers
  5. Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze large datasets and navigate multiple systems

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Must be 18 years of age or older
  2. High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA degree preferred
  3. Call center or collections experience preferred
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  5. Strong Excel skills and ability to apply basic mathematical concepts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in a call center or collections environment
  2. Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout shifts with minimal distractions
  3. Computer/technology savvy with the capability to operate multiple windows and tabs efficiently
  4. Strong typing skills, as assessed through a typing assessment
