What to expect in this role:

CSI's Collections department works directly with customers to follow up on past due invoices and creates regular internal reports for management regarding overdue accounts and balances. Daily responsibilities include:

1. Contact customers to collect payment on past due invoices and analyze accounts to determine collection strategies.
2. Prepare collection reports regularly.
3. Research customer inquiries, review contracts and system activity, and follow up internally for additional information. Respond promptly to customers.

Candidate profile:

Ideal candidates are professional, assertive, and analytical, with excellent communication and organizational skills. They should have:

• Minimum 2 years of corporate collections experience handled in a customer service manner.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and internal departments at all levels to resolve issues.
