Please note you may be asked to come onsite to a location in the Cincinnati-West Chester area for multiple days of in-person training. Additional details will be provided if successful in the hiring process.

This is a work-from-home position; however, to be considered, you MUST live within a commutable distance of Cincinnati-West Chester, OH.

Job Overview

When you join us, you’ll be part of a dynamic environment with supportive colleagues and meaningful work where you can truly make an impact. As a Collections Representative, you’ll handle outbound and inbound calls, set up payment arrangements, counsel cardholders on their financial situations, and use your customer service, communication, and influencing skills to resolve late payments and update past-due accounts. You’ll also work to improve service quality through excellent customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Effective listening, strong communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to engage, solve problems, and demonstrate analytical skills
• Proficient in computer skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work from home in a quiet, distraction-free environment with high-speed internet
• Must reside within a 2.5-hour commute of Cincinnati, OH

Additional Requirements

• Must satisfy requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience or military equivalent; previous collections experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Willing to undergo drug testing, background checks, and fingerprinting
• Internal employees need specific tenure requirements to post for other roles
