Job summary

Kocourek Byrider is seeking an Automotive Collections Associate in Wisconsin to support our CNAC financing program. You will contact past-due customers, review accounts, and send notices while documenting interactions and coordinating with internal teams. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple accounts.

We offer competitive hourly pay plus bonus, plus benefits. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service background desired.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently.
• Familiarity with lending and financing practices a plus.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and Saturdays with a scheduled day off.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers with past-due accounts to arrange payment solutions.
• Review and reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and send collection notices and correspondence.
• Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately.
• Partner with customers to resolve billing or payment concerns.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address account-related inquiries.
• Follow up consistently to ensure payment commitments are met.
• Communicate potential risks or trends to management.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.
