Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect delinquent accounts according to the agreed upon collection strategies.
• Provide clients cure plans and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Disclose all relevant account information accurately and professionally.
• Manage client communications with professionalism and integrity.
• Document all collection efforts in the system of record.
• Execute on established call scripts documented in training and guidelines.
• Achieve acceptable call monitoring scores in each call category.
• Communicate with Client Default Leaders about repossessions and related issues.
• Accurately process payments, transactions, and workflows.
• Complete all required CBT courses accurately and timely.
