Job summary

AllianceOne in Maumee, OH is hiring a Call Center Supervisor (Collections) to lead and coach a team of agents on calls, emails and chats. The role focuses on achieving performance targets, quality, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor KPI performance, provide timely feedback, and partner with leadership to drive efficiency while upholding company standards and compliance. This is an on-site, full-time position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience (or internal or external candidates).
• At least 6 months experience as an agent in AllianceOne’s for internal processes and internal development.
• Emotional intelligence and leadership competencies required.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Agents to meet performance and quality metrics.
• Review team performance and ensure KPIs are met.
• Provide real-time support and coaching to agents on calls and chats.
• Maintain service levels while maximizing productivity across channels.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
