Job summary

Everon is seeking a Collection Agent to ensure receivables are collected while maintaining strong customer relations. The role emphasizes responding to questions, resolving billing issues, and meeting productivity standards in a dynamic environment.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, 0–2 years of collections experience, and basic typing, multitasking, math, problem solving, and communication skills to support ongoing customer service and accounts receivable activities.

Qualifications

• Basic typing, multitasking, math, problem solving and communication skills.
• PC experience and ability to learn basic functions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions, log and distribute issues in the dispute system.
• Answer billing questions and route issues to the appropriate area.
• Meet predefined productivity and quality standards.
• Initiate outbound calls to correct payment errors and update accounts.
• Participate on internal quality/continuous improvement teams.
• Interface with SSO on billing service related issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
