Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and creditors to secure past-due funds.
Track designated accounts to ensure timely identification and follow-up on delinquent balances.
Reach out to customers to begin the recovery cycle and address any barriers to payment.
Create effective repayment strategies to help improve overall collection success rates.
Review account details to fix any inconsistencies in billing or payments.
Keep precise documentation of all collection activities and account statuses.
