Responsibilities

• Analyze employer payment uploads, rosters, authorization records, and reconciliation data.
• Research payment anomalies and coordinate with employers and analysts to recover revenue.
• Review collective bargaining agreements to verify correct employer payments.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for executive leadership.
• Identify patterns across accounts and suggest improvements in collection accuracy.
