Kiwi Financial Inc. is seeking a remote-friendly collections professional to engage with English-speaking customers who are past due on loans. You will work within compliance guidelines and document interactions in the loan system.

Responsibilities include making and receiving calls, negotiating payment arrangements, and processing payments per policy, while delivering empathetic customer service and accurate records across channels.

• 1+ year of experience in collections or customer service, ideally in lending or fintech.
• Fluent English and basic knowledge of fair collections practices and loan concepts.
• Strong negotiation, empathy, and active listening skills.
