You will manage all aspects of collections, resolve billing problems, keep detailed records, and ensure smooth cash flow while providing excellent service in challenging situations. This role offers growth and stability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of high volume collections experience.
• Moderate/Advanced experience with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Calling customers to obtain payments or settle balances.
• Posting customer payments and recording transactions.
• Updating receivables and maintaining invoice records.
• Resolving payment disputes and examining payment history.
• Communicating with customers and documenting correspondence.
