Lou Fusz Automotive Network, Inc. is seeking a Collections Specialist with strong customer service and a professional approach to handling past-due accounts. The role involves monitoring accounts, communicating with customers, and recording payments in our systems.

A team-friendly, efficient mindset is essential to align with our standards and procedures. The position requires flexibility with hours, basic Office tools proficiency, and a professional demeanor to support a compliant collections

Qualifications

• Previous collections experience is preferred, but not required.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft products such as Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Ability to communicate well (written and verbal).
• Professional attitude.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and service customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers diplomatically and professionally.
• Operate telephone and computer system proficiently.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist the department with various clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Receive payments from customers and document in company computer system.
• Any additional procedures and policies assigned to ensure quality performance.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficientlyReceive payments from customers and document in company computer system
• Any additional procedures and policies assigned to ensure quality performance
